We want you to be satisfied with KALIFA'S PRATOS ARABES. This policy explains how to request a refund for orders placed for dine-in, pickup, delivery, or parties and events. Effective date: 2026-10-16.

Returns of food

Our dishes are prepared fresh. For food safety reasons, prepared food cannot be returned or resold.

Instead of a return, eligible problems are resolved through a refund under this policy.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

How to request

E-mail [email protected] with your order number and a short description of the issue. A photo of the order helps us review it faster.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
